Hello, Welcome to the forums. We need web designers to help out on the webmaster forums here. There's plenty of print people but only a few web designers. At any rate, yes the images are OK at 100dpi (at final size). If you resize the images (resample) it will make them worse in most cases. Maybe you can use some graphics or backgrounds that will fill space so you can keep things at an appropriate resolution.
