Hi Bill, At my prior job we ran a DI 34. Two of them actually, the 1st one was one of the 1st production units they made and had a host of teething problems. They were generally very good at fixing it, and I think they put alot of what they learned into improvements. The 2nd one was a newer unit and pretty much ran perfect right off the bat. I'd give their service and support high marks, I handled the electronic prepress end, so I didn't mess too much with the supplies side. Also we had a veteran press operator who was really good.
