Yes you would think by getting a supposed upgrade of equipment we would have a better results. The print quality is better than our old Indigo but the IGen is a lot more sensitive to file types. The image is just a 4C tiff logo but it has a weird edge so its going to take me a while to convert it to vector which is my last resort and looks like I'm heading down that path. I even tried building the entire business card in photoshop and creating one tiff of the whole card and that doesn't work. I'm going to have the VP, who is going to Drupa talk to those guys to find out what is going on. Thanks for all the sugg... - Read More at This Link..
