No, when a job strikes problems and requires a re-print (i.e. the client rejects it). For example, I had a job recently where a pic file slipped through that had been enlarged nearly 200% by accident. It wasn't picked up at proof stage but the client noticed it when the job was printed. If they'd rejected the job and demanded a reprint, I would have had to pay for that, as it was essentially my fault. Luckily they didn't. Another colleague of mine produced and printed an Annual Report for a client, and some of the head shots were later decided to be 'too green' by the client.
